How far in advance should I book River Studios?
We recommend booking 2–3 months in advance, especially for weddings, large events, and popular dates. Availability can fill up quickly, so reaching out early gives us the best opportunity to reserve your preferred date and ensure we have enough time to properly plan your experience. We understand that sometimes plans come together on shorter notice. Last-minute bookings may be accepted based on availability and may be subject to an additional fee.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, contact River Studios as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to find another available date and review any applicable rescheduling requirements based on your booking.
